Our South American transformation centers in Brazil have a substantial capacity for producing, forming and polishing tubes destined for a variety of market uses.

Our South American stainless steel tubes business is spread across two transformation centres. The Ribeirão Pires unit has a production capacity of 12,000 tons per year and specialises in manufacturing the 3XX (austenitic) and 4XX (ferritic) lines. Our new industrial plant, located in Campinas (Viracopos), has a production capacity of 4,000 tons per year and a polishing capacity of 6,000 tons per year.

Our tubes offer countless advantages, including reduced thickness, easy cleaning, lower maintenance cost, high durability, low roughness and greater internal heat exchange area. As a result, they are well-suited for use in a wide range of sectors, including sugar and alcohol, food and beverage, heat exchanger, paper and cellulose, chemical and petrochemical, electrical resistance, refrigeration, instrumentation, automotive, structural, and furniture.
