Depending on the product family, this information is delivered through Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) or Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), covering carbon footprint, energy consumption, and key environmental indicators throughout the value chain.
EPDs
Aperam provides Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for several stainless steel product families. Based on a Life Cycle Assessment compliant with ISO 14025 and independently verified, EPDs deliver standardized environmental indicators covering the full product lifecycle. They enable the integration of recognized and comparable data into carbon accounting, environmental frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
