(South America offer) Titanium-niobium stabilised 17% chromium Ferritic Stainless Steel.

Main features

Good weldability; ease of forming; suitable for surface finishing (polishing, brushing, scotch bright); good resistance to corrosion (in boiler and gas environments), pitting corrosion, and high temperature oxidation (up to 950°C); enhanced hot mechanical properties (without risk of σ phase formation at intermediate temperatures); greater thermal conductivity and lower expansion coefficient than austenitic grades. Delivered by Aperam South America.
