Share Buyback 2017

On 9 February 2017, in accordance with the authorisation given by the 5 May 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Aperam announced a share buyback programme (EN / FR).

In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, key items include:

  • To reduce Aperam’s share capital, shares acquired under Programme are intended to be cancelled.
  • Aperam intends to repurchase a variable number of shares per day at market price, for an aggregate maximum amount of one hundred (100) million US dollars and a maximum of two (2) million shares.
  • The price per share of the shares bought under the Programme shall not exceed 110% of the average of the final listing prices of the 30 trading days preceding the three trading days prior to each date of repurchase, in accordance to the resolution of the 5 May 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
