With your own personal SteelUser account, you will have access to potentially interesting offers plus the ability to place your orders on-line. Flexible and easy to use, SteelUser is, however, much more than just a platform for on-line sales. This tool offers you access to information on orders processed through traditional channels - from progress information, through documents relating to current orders to a history of your orders.

SteelUser allows you to see your complete order book - whether the orders were placed by yourself on the e-business site or booked through our normal commercial network. You have the ability to view all of our sales channels - so you can see both orders placed with our Mills and those placed with our Service Centres, for example.
4 levels of information allow you to follow the progress of your orders:
- Orders placed but yet to be confirmed
- Orders confirmed (order acknowledgement produced)
- Partially despatched orders
- Completed orders (fully despatched)
Information relating to ordered quantities, material ready to despatch and material despatched is also available.
The platform enables you to view online/ to download /to save and print, invoices, quality documents and despatch notes relating to your orders. You receive an e-mail alert when new documents become available on-line.
You will find details of packs despatched,with date of despatch, net and gross weight, the name of the haulier as well as the complete range of commercial documents (invoices, quality documents).
