Drawing and rolling
of resistance and thermocouples alloys is our first activity. Rescal operates a transformation from the raw material to the finished product (drawn wires, ribbons and strips) used by the customer.

Drawing operation allows to reduce wire diameter without removing material through a small tool called die.

Rolling operation (flattened wire technique) concerns ribbon and strip. The metal passes through a roller mill as called cylinders. Once these operations done, material is annealed in a furnace with an atmosphere and temperature specific to alloy to restore its initial properties and its elasticity.

Our second activity is the design and implementation of heating elements for electric furnaces, from engineering to thermal expertise. We offer a wide range of heating elements such as shaping resistances, batteries and heating frames, vacuum-formed fiber panels for the revamping of industrial electric furnaces or manufacturing of new furnaces.
